She previously worked for Dr. Melissa Danchak at her Arlington location from 2009 to 2016. She stepped away for several years to further her education and work for the state of Texas as a Medicaid specialist for nursing home patients. Rachel rejoined the Kos\/Danchak team in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rachel enjoys getting to know patients and seeing them happy with their improved hearing abilities. A unique blend of professional and goofball, she can read most patients\u2019 temperaments and match her own to theirs. This allows them to feel as though they are getting the kind of experience that they want to have.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In her free time, Rachel enjoys puzzles, brainteasers, nature and traveling.
